I’ve been getting a lot of spam from pr0n sites in the comments lately. I’ve been pretty good in the past about deleting them right away. However, these guys are a little too persistent. It’s getting old, real fast. If I can’t figure out a way to stop them, I’m going to disable comments. I’m sure it’s as easy as upgrading to the new Movable Type. In the future, it might require you, my friends, to register a unique username. Not sure exactly how much of a hassle it will be…

I got my diploma today!

I’m filled with mixed feelings, as I am with everything else in life. Joy, that I’ve actually accomplished that thing I’ve worked at for so long and so hard. Sorrow, that something I enjoyed so much is over.

What should I do with it?

Wow, it’s been a long time since I posted. I guess I kinda checked out for awhile after the railroad thing went down the tubes.

So today I walked downtown to get a bagel and some coffee. I was sitting on my favorite bench, down by the creek, on campus. It’s a little amphitheatre, with rows of benches on one side, the creek in the middle, and the “stage” on the other side. Very scenic.

Then a bird pooped on me.

Hey, thanks God. Can I catch a break here? I mean, first I don’t get the railroad job. Then I can’t find ANY jobs. Then I get sick with the flu for over a week. I’m battling depression and stress and hypertension and who knows what else, and now this.
