Post-mountains depression, or PMD, is a condition suffered by outdoorsmen everywhere. Symptoms include moping around the house, restlessness, heavy and repeated sighing, daydreaming, and confusion.

Those suffering from PMD might not know what to do with themselves in urban environments. Modern luxuries such as television, the Internet, and supermarkets might seem foreign and/or unnecessary to the outdoorsman suffering from PMD.

If you or someone you know are suffering from PMD there is hope. Grow a beard, buy a 4 wheel drive, and get to the mountains ASAP!
