This guy has uploaded so much music to my server… ahhh… errr… I mean… Corey has bought me, yeah, that’s it… so much music that I don’t know where to start. How about just a few?

Zero 7 The ultimate chill music.
Massive Attack – Mezzanine One of the best albums I’ve heard all year.
Groove Armada Funky chill.
Thievery Corporation Almost as chill as Zero 7, a little more upbeat (but not much).

Now that I think about it, Phil’s Best of the Police compilation was awesome. I listen to that at least once a week. Too bad the rest of his stuff is garbage =)

***UPDATE!!!***
Phil’s comments have reminded me of music that he did indeed introduce me to. They haven’t gotten much play time lately, and so they slipped my mind. However the following is great stuff, although I still disagree with Phil’s genre labels!
30 Seconds to Mars Addicting from the very first power chord. But really, what the hell is Post-Grunge?
Chevelle Slow but chunky with sultry vocals, except when he is “forcefully singing”.

If I’ve forgotten anyone, please forgive me. I’ve listed the stuff that has made the biggest impact on my life. I’ve got way too much music to listen to now. I don’t even think I’ve listened to 1/10th of the stuff on my media server.

Lately I’ve been thinking about all the great music I’ve been exposed to just in the last year or so.
