I woke up at 5am today to go to work.<\/p>\n
Yeah, work.<\/p>\n
I got hired at Comcast to do tech support. I’ve got six weeks of classes, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.<\/p>\n
Sigh. Work.<\/p>\n
So I’m trying something different. Instead of going to bed late and sleeping in as long as I can, waiting until the last moment, and rushing to work to make it on time, I’m trying a new schedule.<\/p>\n
When I get off of work at 5pm I come home, eat dinner, and get in bed with my book\/laptop for 30-45 minutes. Then I go to sleep. Early. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights I was asleep by 7:30pm.<\/p>\n
Then I wake up between 4am and 5am the next day. I’ve got plenty of time to get ready for work and do things that I’d like to do. I get to work early. I’m relaxed and prepared and ready for my day.<\/p>\n
