Really.  I&#8217;m surprised you didn&#8217;t see it on your way to work.<\/p>\n<p>I went to bed last night around 6pm and immediately fell asleep.  The next thing I know, it&#8217;s 4am and I&#8217;m well rested and wide awake.  And I don&#8217;t feel like I&#8217;m sick anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Coffee first (decaf now, I made the switch).  I&#8217;m looking through the cupboards and I see a box of sourdough flapjack mix.  I flip it over and skim the instructions, and at the bottom it says in big bold letters: <b>Try adding a cup of beer instead of water to the mix<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Hell yeah, this is my kinda flapjack.<\/p>\n<p>So I mix &#8217;em up (with the cup of beer), cook &#8217;em up, slather &#8217;em in sugar free syrup (the only kind of syrup in the house).
